Unfortunately, I had to decide last minute not to travel to Miami this week, where I was going to support my friends, from my portfolio startup, NUFI. They are startup finalists at Lendit LATAM, and I couldn’t be more proud of them.

Now that we are talking about the US, I’m happy to share with you the launch of my new FinTech News USA Linkedin Channel and FinTech News USA Newsletter.
Why? Because my network in the US is growing, as well as the demand for US FinTech news. So, it was time to set up a separate channel, fully dedicated to FinTech news from the US.
So please keep me posted if you see any interesting news for me to read! I always love to learn more and share the most relevant articles with my network on this great new channel.

My take on the news
Two interesting reports came out this week, about two of the most successful and the highest valued private FinTech companies from Europe.
Whitesight wrote an interesting article about Klarna’s “super app” strategy and C-Innovation published an interesting deep-dive report about “Revolut and the Digital Competition”.
Both reports are highly recommended! Also, do follow both Whitesight and C-Innovation since they always publish great reports that deliver actionable insights on FinTech and Digital Banking. A big shout out to them!
CEO spotlight
I also want to take this opportunity to give a huge shout-out to my mate Dawid Rozek on the amazing work he did on building Zen.com. They are ready to conquer the world, I am sure!

During the last couple of years, I’ve had the pleasure to work with and get to know Dawid, and I have high hopes that Zen.com is going to have a big impact, globally.
So, if you would ask me: is there is a chance for a pan-European challenger bank to be born in Poland?
I would answer with a clear and emphatic YES!
